Everything you need to know about Lexalog's warehousing and fulfillment services.

Lexalog provides warehousing and fulfillment services for B2B clients, primarily HoReCa suppliers. This includes goods reception, storage, stretch wrapping, order picking and preparation, inventory management, and monthly stock reports. Shipping is arranged through individual agreements.

Primarily for micro and small HoReCa wholesalers, FMCG importers, craft manufacturers, and foreign food companies entering the Hungarian market who don't have their own warehouse or have outgrown their current capacity. If you're struggling with expensive courier services and can't scale your logistics, you're looking for us.

Our warehouse is in Vecsés, just 5 minutes from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, directly at the M0/M5 junction. This location is ideal for imported goods and provides quick access to Budapest and the national road network.

We currently have 800+ pallet capacity, which is continuously expanding. The S package covers 0–15 pallets, M covers 15–50 pallets, and L covers 50+ pallets. If you need more capacity, contact us for a custom quote.

We offer three packages: S (0–15 pallets), M (15–50 pallets), and L (50+ pallets). Each includes storage, stretch wrapping, inbound and outbound handling, order picking, and inventory management. Prices are net and do not include VAT.

Yes, every package has a minimum fee that applies whether you reach the included pallet count and order volume or not. This guarantees service quality and capacity maintenance regardless of your current pallet count.

3 months for all packages. After that, you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice period. We don't lock you into long-term annual contracts — we believe service quality keeps our clients.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package anytime, effective immediately. Downgrading is possible after the notice period ends. We're flexible because we know your business is too.

The fee includes storage, inbound and outbound handling, order picking, stretch wrapping with material costs, adhesive tape, and void fill. It does not include cardboard boxes (you provide those), box packing, and shipping, which is arranged individually.

The S package includes 60, M includes 150, and L includes 400 orders per month. Orders above the limit are billed at a per-order rate that varies by package. Contact us for exact pricing.

We guarantee 24-hour fulfillment — this is written into your SLA. After receiving an order, your goods are ready for shipment or pickup by the next business day.

Shipping is arranged through individual agreements and is not included in the base package price. We have two large vans of our own, offering flexible scheduling and lower damage and complaint rates compared to courier services.

No. Prices are public and listed on our website. The monthly fee is fixed with no fine print. Shipping and above-limit order picking are billed separately, but you're informed upfront.

Non-refrigerated food items, dry goods, non-food products, FMCG items, beverages, water, syrups, energy drinks, and other food industry products. We handle the full product range for HoReCa suppliers, including craft and premium segment items.

Absolutely. Our airport-adjacent location is especially advantageous for international partners. With our simple fixed-fee model, you have clear costs, and we serve as your Hungarian logistics partner — a single point of entry to the Hungarian and Central European market.

We apply FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management, documented in monthly stock reports. All stored goods are entered into our system and movements are continuously tracked. The L package includes custom, tailored reports.

Every package includes a dedicated account manager. One person, one invoice, one point of contact — no administrative overhead. Your manager knows your business and handles your needs personally.

The service operates on a monthly fee basis with post-invoicing. The minimum monthly fee and actual pallet count and order volume are invoiced at the end of each month. You only pay for what you actually use.

The minimum monthly fee still applies regardless of actual pallet count. However, if you temporarily have less stock, your package stays active and you can use the capacity anytime. We're flexible — everyone deals with business fluctuations.

We expect goods on pallets. Upon receipt, we inspect, load onto shelves, stretch wrap, and register them in our system. During order picking, we prepare shipments based on your orders — you need to provide cardboard boxes and box packing.

Order picking means preparing goods based on written orders. One order equals one picking unit, regardless of whether it's a box or pallet shipment. Both are charged at the same unit rate, keeping billing transparent.
